Wasn’t very impressive from what I heard.

James apparently played well but did give a penalty away & Gent put some great balls in & got an assist. He wasn’t impressed with Kelechi but it’s one man’s opinion.

Apparently some scouts were there talking about young Wilkinson. I suppose there’s bound to be interest with him being in the England set up I just hope we get to see him come through before he moves on.

If you look at or go by two of our other summer signings Smith and Ghent. He just may not be rated by our head coach.. *caveat* .. at this present time

Some of these players are potentially here for a fair few years and my not be at the standard the coach wants or needs at this present time.I think bedding them in ready to unleash when ready is the way to go instead of playing them too early and supporters back lash ruining their confidence.

Or we could have signed some players that can actually play. There's a thought.

Clarke has just name checked him and Humphrys as needing to get upto speed fitness wise and if you don’t what happens is players break down injured for longer.

I don’t understand how a 26 year old who played 32 times last season can be ‘a million miles away’ - why do we always sign players that take so long to get up to speed?

Not sure about that - I`ve got a custard tart from Parkside Farm Shop on my desk today and it`s wonderful!

Odd signing. We aren't short on midfielders and he shouldn't be so unfit.
