Always have been vile fans, they're getting called out now. They had a post on Owlstalk where a supporter was saying maybe that's what their fan base is really like, it's becoming a common thing for their fans.... They removed the post Another one below... https://x.com/ALBIONFANTV/status/18...m/albionfantv/status/1840737928957374870?s=46
Isn't that a bit of a generalisation mate. Most, in fact 99%+ wendy fans will be appalled. As they were over the Sunderland incident. Should we have been called out for the actions of 1 pr1ck at Donny.
Still a very small minority. At this level. I'm not sure how many gave Darren Moore grief at Peterborough. And the sty But still a minority of idiots. 1% is equivalent to around 250 fans. In our case 100. Yet its those that command the headlines.
Sorry, that's a rather silly generalisation. Their fans are just ordinary people, like our fans. Most will be decent people, some will be pr!cks. Like our fans. Or fans of any other club. Edit: If you don't believe that, go and have a read of the thread on Owlstalk discussing the matter.
Thoughts with the West Brom and his family. Nobody should go to a football match and not come home again. This thread has quickly lost sight of what the main issue here is. Why did it take so long for there to be a response? Someone I know who was at the game said that James Beadle was booked for time wasting when in reality he was trying to get the refs attention. It was clear there was something quite sinister happening, but nobody who could do anything about it, it seems reacted in a timely manner.
This with bells on ,if the allegation are true then the club should and could be in deep trouble. There's got to be clear protocol to cover such a situation surly we've witness for ourselves what prompt intervention can achieve. As for this sick individual he's suffering greatly and hopefully will continue to but to take the high moral ground is us skating on thin ice with some of the behaviour I've witnessed over the years.
Do stewards undertake basic life support training? Only reason I ask is yes the message about the emergency would have been relayed sooner and hopefully with intervention could have helped but potentially without knowing exactly what happened the outcome might have been the same regardless unless the stewards have some kind of basic life support training to support until medical professionals could take over.
Just had a look of Fowls talk and TBF I would say 99%are all appalled, one even posted other examples of this persons 'contributions' to social media!
