    phillips instead of DKD who looks like a less good Phillips so far.

    MDG not even on the bench for me. Earl instead of him Gent at full back. Cosgrove sitting at home. Pick either Craig or Connell not both.

    He’s. Good footballer. Nice touch. An eye for a pass. He is just a dreadful defender with no positional sense or aggression and that his actual job.

    Not a fan of MDG and can’t see his game improving so he doesn’t start.
    We can’t start Craig & Connell it doesn’t work with both in there. Gone with pace out wide Gent needs a run of games we’re desperate for a left footer to go past a man and whip a ball in. Benson deserves to start now and is more than capable if we can get him match fit. Phillips starts ahead of DKD due to his goal contributions up to scratch. Humphrys starts every game he’s fit me.

    Yes spot on.. and he's probably playing his best most consistent football at present while he's been here.. But he is still playing right now at the highest level he will ever play at.

    I honestly think he'd make a brilliant defensive midfielder. Has all the right attributes. However, there must be people who understand football a lot better than I do who are sure that centre half is his best position.

    Don't know how old you are mate.. but the one thing we've had an abundance of at Oakwell over the last 30-40 years is good center halfs... MDG wouldn't make the top 20 sadly..

    Which result has seen our best performance so far? Bristol Rovers? Start with that same starting 11, & stick with it for a few games at least.

    This is possibly the worst fixture possible for us to have next, IMO. Duff seems to also be under pressure from their fans already, and he’s going to want to hammer us. We look all over the place and I think Duff will know how to take full advantage. Funny old game like, anything can happen, but I can’t see past another bad result.
