Had full intentions of travelling over to Blackpool but due to last minute work missed the match.

How did we do today? Seen the highlights lovely little jink and finish from DKD, then a ball from near half way line from out wide, pumped in, looked like Roberts header to win, misses it and touched in.

Just wondered how we looked in general?
Clarke seems much more relaxed post match, we needed that.

Much more positive looked a lot better going forwards midfield in the game for a change. Defence still gives me cause for concern but fortunately Blackpool weren’t that good going forwards and Slolina made decent saves when called upon
Played on the front foot for a change and didn’t settle for a point but went out to get all 3

    Redhelen and Connor like this.

Thanks, appreciate the info, did we keep some consistency with formation and shape and just do like for like changes rather than wholesale changes of formation ?

First was the best we've played for ages and we deserved the lead.

Second half we went back to type so obviously conceded as our defence isn't good enough.

Blackpool looked by far the most likely of the two teams to score a second.

Clarke got some big lads on for an injury time corner and we win it off a shoulder.

Delighted in Blackpool to finally see a win there after about half a dozen visits. Great evening here enjoying the illuminations with a packed prom and a few drinks.
