Sadly I managed about a quarter of a pint before some pillock threw their glass up in the air, it hit my mate, cut his head open and we spent the night with him waiting for an a&e doctor at the general!

I once found a little bloke from the 7th century drinking mead and the golden fleece from ancient Greek mythology. God knows how they got there
I found a vampire once under there, and I told him to poss off!!. And thankfully he did, I think it was the smell of garlic that put him off!.
I've got the Liverpool program from 1982. After braving the fog, arriving in Liverpool in sub-zero temperatures and telling the scally who offered to "look after the car" to eff-off. I spent the 40mins of the game that we saw, worrying about finding my car on 4 piles pf bricks....
We went to Liverpool when it was European city of culture,,,,,,,,, we found our car on four stacks of encyclopedias.
I was at that match got there 10 mins after half time and after seeing the Scouse b*******s chasing us with Stanley knives waving at us, I have despised everything about Liverpool since. The place wants a b**b dropping on it
I remember the stanley knives thing, I think somebody had their back slashed, though I didn't see anything myself. I find Liverpool to be a great place and have no trouble with the people. Opinions eh?
Went on the special. Long walk through the fog from Lime St. Police escort didn't seem too bothered about the locals chucking bricks at us from the flats, or the packs of scallies picking off stragglers at the back - I think that's where the lad got done with the knives. Remember seeing a photo in the paper of some bloke with all his back stitched up. Reight night.
Was a lad called Graham Linstead who got slashed with the Stanley knife if I remember right. We were on a coach from Yorkshire Tracky and after being accosted by a load of local scallies managed to get in the ground about 5 minutes before half time. What a night though…..
