A very disappointing result but a couple of sparkling performances.

Humphrys for me. Great feet. An attacker to get tough up off your seat.

 

Very promising performances from Gent and Russell. Though the less said about the goalkeeper the better.

Gent had a very good first half but thought he slightly faded in the second. Still a good performance though.

Russell looked good too. Him and Gent both played well at Blackpool too.

Gone for Humphrys though. Thought he was a threat all night and really good on the ball.

 

Humphrys played very well, he's quick and skillful with it, needs better service and he'll score a few. Gent also had another good game and if he continues the position will be his own. I also thought Mael was very good

 

Who voted for Slonina?

 

My Man Of The Match was Gent, looked composed, competitive, looked to get forward, seems to be improving steadily

 

Gent for me. First player I’ve seen look to beat a man out wide and get balls in the box for us for a while. Got the opposite full back booked early doors, they couldn’t deal with him.

Less effective second half I’ll grant but I just felt he made the team much better by providing balance on the left and a bit of forward momentum.

I agree Humphrys was good as well.

 

And whoever voted for Slonina; that can’t possibly be a serious vote - why spoil the vote and skew it?

 

I thought about it just for the windup but in the end I went for Mr Humphrys. Whoever did go for Gaga is a reight windup merchant, unlike myself

I’m not so sure that’s necessarily a good idea. People should feel free to vote for whoever they wish without having to justify their choice just because they made a controversial selection.

 

Yeah on balance I won’t. It’ll only end up in arguments.
