Barnsley bus station

Bit of a random question but which stand do buses go from to Ardsley. My sons coming up Friday for the Rotherham game with a visit to his grandparents in Ardsley.

When I last lived in Ardsley, the old bus station was still operating, and the Flying Scotsman came through the train station, so they've probably updated the timetable since then. Sorry I can't be of assistance.

 

Your son needs stand 19 for the X19 or stand 20 for the 219

 

Can’t you meet him at the thrippunny bit ?

I think you can get the 3C from stand 24, or an LP from the same or next stand.
The 14 bus doesn't stop at Ardsley I don't think.
Don't get the wrong one or it'll turn right at Stairfoot traffic lights and go round Wombwell.

 

After a certain time very few bus services go up Ardsley, so he may have to get a Wombwell bus, 226 or 22X and get off at McDonalds and walk up the hill

 

His train gets in about 1 pm so hopefully plenty to choose from . His grandad can have the pleasure of picking him after the game

Was much better when Don Miller's Hot Bread Kitchen was there. Hardly ever bought the bread, but it smelled great.

I'd recommend Google Maps for navigation, BTW
