I’ve been stuck completely motionless for fifteen minutes halfway down Oakwell lane. Nothing is moving. Going to miss the car park cut off at this rate.
It confuses me that people drive down Oakwell lane on match day to be honest. It’s a tight squeeze at the best of times let alone when there’s people everywhere and extra cars parked up. We walk down in it every game and there’s always a stand off between several cars (and one time a coach somehow). Tonight’s was pretty bad as there must have been 10+ cars stuck when we’re on our way down. Half expected to see the same cars stuck there after the game had finished.
i think your exaggerating. Everything would be ok if it wasn’t for Troff being paralysed. Cant have helped the flow.
No but it took me longer to get back out the car park! (I did get there in the end, less than a minute to spare).
Walked down around half six. Cars going up wouldn't go back down a little. Cars going down wouldn't go back up. Bit of a stand off. A young lad (teens or early 20s) got out to have a look. The situation isn't helped by how many park on double yellows every game on the opposite side to the houses.
