Can’t wait for this one, the start of a very difficult month game wise.

When it says 5,000 "will" travel to Oakwell - are they assuming they'll sell all of them? Given I don't recall them ever selling the full whack and generally bringing 2,000 or fewer in the division above, its a bit of a bold assumption.

That said - if they do sell them all, it will make for a great atmosphere, and I hope it helps them as much as it did Derby the last two seasons when they sold the full allocation...

Surely they could get more if they sold those 5k the stand holds closer to 6k doesn't it? I think they will sell out seem to have found alot more fans this season. When they were treading water in the championship did well to fetch 2k.

I seem to remember us beating them 1-0 at Oakwell when they filled the North stand. Probably early 2000s as I remember cycling back to Sheffield alongside loads of their coaches.

I know they will sell out, but it's funny the headline making out they already have before they have gone on sale.

Very hit and miss has been Birmingham's support at Oakwell down the years. The day of the Hillsborough disaster they probs had 400 on the Kop. Cup tie the year before they brought a very raucous 4,500.
They can certainly pull in the fans these days!

    Around 45mins Not surprising really.
I'd be surprised if they didnt sell the full allocation at Tarn, all going home after the game with glum faces hopefully.

Yeah they’ll sell out, even though they’ve never heard of us and don’t know where we are. It’ll be beneath them, but they’ll sell out, purely because they’re bandwagontastic and this is the season they ‘complete football’.

Weird lot they are. They’re either arrogant or suicidal with nothing in between.
