Sometimes doing the simple straightforward things pays off. Clarke over complicated things initially.

However following subs I. The second half we should have put the game to bed.

    Anyway Nwakali for me.

Nwakali for me as well, but Roberts, Earl, Humphrys and O’Keeffe all played really well too.

Nwakali was clearly man of the match but I thought O’Keeffe played really well, put in some fantastic crosses and, on another day, could’ve had a couple/few assists.

Loads of pleasing performances. Roberts, Earl, O'Keeffe all well up there, and apart from his double brain fart for their goal, I thought Mael was outstanding as well. But Nwakali was a game changer when he came on. Broke up play, showed an outstanding range of passing and if nothing was on did the simple things well. For me, Luca doesn't automatically walk back into the side next week, which isn't something to be saying lightly.

My guess would be if Nwakali plays then its Philips on the bench. But what do I know ??

Based purely on Saturday’s game I would agree. Watters needs to be fit though or otherwise our goal scoring threat will be severely limited.

Only just seen this but would have voted for Nwakali in any case.

Just seen this. Three very good performance, Nwakali, Humphreys and Roberts. Think I'd have gone for Roberts, an absolute rock, particularly having to do the work of two with the blancmange to his right.
