2-3 inches deep here, and still snowing. I cleared the headlights and windows and hour ago and they're covered again. It's slowing down, but it sounds like it's much worse here than in Barnsley, which is sods law.
All the snow that fell last night is now gone. Rain is currently cutting through the frozen stuff that was left from a few days ago. Leeds is just an hour behind us. There'll be no snow by the time you have to set off.
No it isn't. There's no ice. It's currently 5 degrees. It'll be 10 degrees by kick off. It's just a rainy day that's quite mild for November.
I normally always write fėck but the swear filter gets it so I decided I might as well put the star in this time. Roads are still really bad here although cars have made a track down the middle. I’ve still not made my mind up yet about whether I’m going or not.
The world’s gone mad if the game is called off today. The pitch drains well, it won’t be icy, the roads won’t be dangerous. It’ll be wet and blowy and not very nice yeah granted.
<in a George from Blackadder voice> If the sprinklers go on at 2.55 permission to boo in a very loud and rather angry tone?
You’ve changed your tune?! QUOTE="dreamboy3000 The temp is double figures at the weekend. No more snow is forecast. Snow will have already been cleared away and paths gritted. Zero chance of being called off.
