I wish we’d drawn Harrogate away instead of the Gas at home. I’m in Harrogate tomorrow coincidentally but only for a regular check on our flat which is up for sale. It’s funny when estate agents give you all the gushing “ooh yes, THAT will sell quickly “. They’re lying!

Getting tenants in for the last year was easy but selling the place is much harder.

Anybody looking for a nice flat, ten minutes walk to the station and town centre??

why not? I don’t know every interesting thing happening out there.
There’s no limit to space anyway, and this has never been a site dedicated to BFC stuff exclusively!

I’m five minutes away from the ground but taking the comfy chair option watching on the BBC instead of being there. It’s raining heavily but looks like a decent crowd have turned out.

 

A bit off topic, but are all flats leasehold so difficult to sell?

 

I imagine most of them are yes, maybe all. We bought this one in 2016 and had never had experience of leasehold properties. I won’t do it again, that’s for sure!

Flats DO sell here though as it’s a desirable location and well placed transport-wise. It’s just a case of being patient - we’re under no pressure to sell so just have to wait and see

 

I did forget, I was just putting Junior Taskmaster on and got excited when I scrolled past. Not sure why I got excited, probably ‘cos little teams on the tele.
