    mine has gone up but after tax man and pension credit have been took off not much if any left

    OUR money…….lots of misinformation on twitter and people saying Labour looking after there union mates…..it’s not tax payers money it’s OURS……thank you Labour for keeping your promise

    It's weird how I've seen nothing about this on local social media pages, yet the fine folk in the Dearne Valley can't wait to bleat about farmers with more than a million pound in assets or the Holiday Inn.

    Priorities I guess.

    How come you're paying tax and getting pension credit? I'm not sure I understand that.

    Fiscal drag. Pensioners are getting sucked into paying tax again because of multiple tax threshold freezes.

    Your income can be above the tax threshold, but still below the Pension Credit threshold. It depends on your circumstances and which pension credit premiums you are entitled to e.g disability premium, carers premium etc.
