    I'm here; a bit earlier than anticipated. My phone started screaming just before 6:00 with a tornado warning. Very unusual in these parts. A couple of weeks ago it was a tsunami. Never a dull moment.

    Anyway, I've put on my red stilettos, clicked my heels together, and I think I'm now in Kansas.

    I wish the camera operator would twiddle the focus ring. It's usually well into the second half before it get this blurry, watching through my tears.

    I moved here from Sydney for work in 1996. I expected to stay a couple years, but I’m still here, and retired now. I lived down the Peninsula initially, but I bought a condo in 2005 and moved to the City. I live across the road from the Giants ballpark.

    I do have flowers in my hair, but not on my head. I’m not sure what happened last night.
