    Should be the first name on the team sheet now for the rest of the season.

    I said to my mates when he played against Cambridge that he’s too good for this level…….Clarke hasn’t played him since.

    He’s not “all action” like Connell but he reads the game fantastically well and keeps possession. His range of passing is sublime.

    Not had a player like him since McPhail who can control a game.

    The recruitment has been poor but this one is a good one.

    I said in the match day thread (at least I think it was there), he very rarely wastes possession and always seems to have time on the ball. Sign of a good midfielder.

    Absolutely 100% needs to be starting for us from now.

    I said ..." build a team around him" he really is that good.
    I'm hoping the reason for his gradual inclusion in the squad....Is match fitness. Well he did that today ...so just give him the starts and just give him the ball....we the fans, will stand back and just watch pure class and quality...this guy is top draw and will hurt the opposition, in ways we haven't seen for a while.....for the purists, a joy to watch.

    A blind man on a galloping horse could see at Cambridge that he changed the game and was the best player on the pitch, and that he was ready.

    Since then we've wasted a month, not won a single match until he started today and fallen out of the playoffs.

    What the fuuck have the coaching staff been playing at? Borderline negligence.

    He played nearly a full 90 at Cambridge then has been almost completely ignored since. That doesn’t add up for me.

    He makes the game look easy and always plays the simple yet effective passes. He definitely needs to be starting every week

    I think Clarke has handled him well. Didn't chuck him in when he wasn't ready. Brought him on gradually and now everyone thinks he's great rather than giving him pelters which is what would have happened if he'd played him when he was unfit.

    Granted he did play well at Cambridge and should have played following away game at Wrexham but to say he changed the game when he came on after 8 min is a bit over the top

    Not seen him today but he ran the game at Cambridge. He surely has to be a regular now.
