Good plan to loan an absolute dog sh|t keeper from prem, to get everyone to accept Killip as our no1.

nobody wanted that at start of season :D

He’s not dog ****. Just still developing his game, and still very young for a keeper.

Given time and games, he’ll do well.

Just look at Roberts last season - 2 different keepers in one season with him. 1st half looked world class. 2nd half looked like a different lad.

Nice to see a keeper that can kick with either foot. A couple gone astray but on the whole its much better for a defender if they can lay to him either side.

At this moment in time he's sh|t. Cost us a lot of points. Doesn't matter if he ends up best keeper in world. At this moment hes not very good

Has he really? Seriously? He completely saved us against Blackpool. He's made errors but not a chance hes cost us loads of points. Id suggest they're about even tbf.

Have we ever had a goalkeeper - or even player - with such a destructive facial feature before?

Delighted he's taking his chance. I'd not seen him play til this season, but given varying comments and the fact the club gave him such a short contract extension, I didn't expect him to be considered our number 1.

So far he's offered much more stability than the kid we loaned in and hopefully the run of games helps him develop further.

you were right to write him off. Hopefully that’s the last time I ever see him in a reds shirt.

Killip wasn’t deemed good enough to be starter last season, the ‘recruitment team’ have brought in 2 keepers for this season and we end up reverting to playing Ben Killip as starter.

I started feeling sorry for him today. I began looking away when a cross came in because it's not a pleasant experience watching someone struggle so much.

Yes and so was his defenders, abysmal marking for first goal, then minutes later almost committed same crime but their player missed the chance. I think your mate MDG was hovering around back post doing foook all on both occasions. Killip should have done better with second definitely. As for 3rd goal, Jesus Christ MDG again!......we need a new back 4 and goalie mate.
