    Absolutely pathetic excuse of a footballer, it was clear to see last season the bloke wasn’t & will never ever be good enough to play at this level! We hoped to unearth a gem recruiting from the doldrums of the French league, but what we unearthed was more akin to a buried corpse! Useless!

    He's fine most of the time in away games, like everyone else. He, and our entire squad, have decided that for some reason they'll turn into Sunday league footballers at Oakwell, in front of the supporters that spend their hard earned money and time on them.

    I am gobsmacked that some on here think he’s a good player!......we’ve been brought up seeing loads of quality centre halves at Oakwell, all through my 55 years of watching us. He his nothing near what we have had in past and had the chance to show his worth with Roberts/Earl being injured, he’s not showed up well when he should have been mainstay in their absence. I won’t lose any sleep when we get rid of him......hope he proves me wrong but he won’t because he doesn’t have the right attributes to be a centre half.

    It would be hard to compare him to of some of the average ones like Larry May never mind McCarthy, Evans, De Zeeuw or Futcher.

    He's so soft it's unreal, decent on the ball but that's his only attribute. Zero pace, no strength, lacks concentration too often

    Bit harsh to pick him out but he’s a weird player. Does some things (like dribbles out of defence) that look top end championship level but then will totally switch off and look non league. I guess it’s why he’s at our level.

    I’ve seen comparisons with him and Mads, who made mistakes when he first came here. Difference with Mads is that he was still a dominant defender and then you could also see his improvement. I’m not sure MDG has improved a whole lot in his time here.

    Apparently he's the new boo boy!!! Let's be honest, he's had long enough now and he's proven that he's not a very good footballer. Hell the kid can't even take a legal throw in! We need to get shut.

    Yeah I suppose its unfair for one or two to be singled out today, when everybody was really bad.
    But I've never rated him, and I even think Kasper Lopata was a better option, when we had him.
