Bit harsh IMO. He wasn't good enough to get in the team over Connell, Nwakali and Russell. Was one we didn't need, but i think he'll do well elsewhere.

We've had a lot of loanees who have gone on to greater things. I've no idea if Craig will be one. It was just a poor decision to loan him, given our strong midfield. I'm hoping we strengthen the areas we need to. We've one in already, but need another keeper & a striker, if we are going to make a strong playoff push. Not sure what wages Slonina & Craig were drawing from the club on loan, but both were surplus to requirements. Just praying someone comes in for Cosgrove....

Good player. Right thing to do considering connell and nwakali are our players. Will have a great career. Looked brilliant when he first arrived. Let's hope for no injuries or suspensions, though I wonder if that means we are 100% keeping our lads this window

Me too. Was being a bit flippant with my previous two posts. He was what he was. As you say he wasn't what was needed. In fact the midfield is our strongest area. I'd be happy with two strikers.

Not because we need two but because DKD and Phillips' goals will dry up at some point and they aren't primarily there to score goals.

Watters works hard but snatches and Humphrys seems to rest on his laurels the more he plays. To me looks like he needs a kick up the backside.

Watters, Humphry's plus two more strikers and rotate.

No idea at all if he will have a good career. I saw nothing at all in his time here to suggest that he was any better than any of the multitude of academy midfielders we've had at the club in recent years and they've all gone on to do nothing. Looking at this season alone I'd say that when fit he is behind Connell, Russell, nwakali and Benson in the pecking order and by some considerable distance too. I'd personally put him behind our current academy player in terms of current ability.

Does he have more potential to have a high level career? God knows. He hasn't shown it this season at all but the statistics may show he has some untapped potential waiting to come out and he's got the advantage of having a premier league club like Tottenham's name attached to him which always artificially increases people's opinions on a player.

Needs to sort out his temperament because if he carries off like he did in his last appearance for us his career will flounder completely regardless of ability but hopefully it was a one off and he will knuckle down, fit in to a club and have the best possible career that he can.

I think he's a decent player. It just didn't work out.

His signing made some sense at the start of the season as Nwakali wasn't fit, Benson hardly ever is, Russell flattered to deceive last year and we'd sold Kane. Yoganathan hadn't really come onto the scene at that point either.

As a short term loan option to provide cover in an area we were a bit short to start with made sense. As players became fit and showed how good they were he then became surplice to requirements so letting him leave makes perfect sense now.

Good luck to him. Let's hope we use the saving in wages on someone we need (ideally a forward).

The only time I’ve been impressed with him was the home game against Bristol Rovers. I thought he was our man of the match that day. Other than that I just felt he was pretty average.

I think he looks a decent player and he'll play in the Championship before we do. Hope i'm wrong.

Clearly a talented player but didn't work in same midfield playing alongside Connell as they were just too similar. As Connell is our player and captain he was always going to be picked ahead of Craig so his minutes were limited and then with Nwakali coming in he got even less time.

Good player there who will have a decent career I'm sure but we were just wrong fit for him at the time.

People are making out as though it's a regular thing. He's been substituted plenty, only 'acted' like that once. Rightly so imo too. Wish at the time our own lads had that passion. He didn't deserve to have been fetched off either.

I'd be shocked if he doesn't atleast have a very good league one career.

Completely agree mate. Those very first matches we saw him in, people were saying he'd be playing in prem next season. He looked quality. Shame it hasn't worked out.
