I'm the same mate early 50's non smoker occasional light drinker had first 2 covid Jabs and never been the same immune system never been the same
Where's covid gone ? a global pandemic, the elderly cowering behind there sofas and afraid to go out as, like magic disappeared ? Btw not anti vax I've been prodded with loads of stuff through my life, Flu as been around centuries, and after years of science etc its devasting the country atm but covid, a vaccine a couple of years ago as appeared like magic to have gone,
It hasn't gone mate, there's plenty of COVID going round. it just doesn't hospitalise or kill so many people now. It evolved rapidly to become less deadly but more widespread. The science is well known and understood. I remember a forecast which pretty accurately predicted how we'd get successive waves which would produce gradually fewer deaths with each wave. I'm fairly sure my sister-in-law had it between Christmas and New Year, but her family are anti-vax so it could have been flu or anything but she thought it was COVID (they've had COVID several times so know what it's like).
Be interested in knowing if that is " Died of" or "died with "covid as well as say cancer and other possible life ending illnesses, btw I dont denyi covid whatsoever
"Involved" Covid. Not sure what that means. https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopula...dandwalesprovisional/weekending13december2024
Fair enough, I just question the " Died of" in comparison to " Died with" I.e a friend of mines dad died during the pandemic because he had been fighting cancer for years and was admitted to hospital, he tested positive on day one ( twice a day testng), he tested negative from day 3 onwards upto is death but because he had tested positive ( I think within 28 days of is death) they put covid on is death certificate, is son was angry/ devastated with this and said cancer killed him not covid, I ain't anti vax in the slightest but if this is the case then imo they need to separate the " with" from the " of"
OK I've got a question/scenario Your a smoker/vaper, drinker, diet bad, borderline obese. You get covid end up with breathing problems go in hospital who's fault is it. A. the government as they didn't give you a free covid booster. B. yours for not looking after your own health.
I'm 68 and had several COVID and flu jabs, I am on no prescription drugs and have no serious health issues, my immune system is absolutely fine. As far as I've seen, there is no evidence that any of these modern vaccines cause immune system problems. As you have noticed this since having the jabs you may be one of the very small minority of people adversely affected by them, have you reported it to your GP?
Barnsley had one of the highest rates of Covid-related deaths due to the number of former miners that had developed COPD from working down the pits. Many of them never smoked. And it isn't difficult to be obese - I'm just below the BMI threshold and I walk 5-6 miles every day. If I could be bothered to do some weights, I'd probably push myself over that limit.
I haven't mate, been to the GP with virus/infections for antibiotics etc, of course it could be completely coincidental but never caught as much as a cold beforehand
I know someone who did this took £50k and built an extension at home with it and then folded the company when it was due, he’s now being prosecuted as the money wasn’t used appropriately. Apparently there are a few cases like this
