    This is definitely a job for a multimeter! If only to rule a bunch of stuff out. My gut feeling is bad earth if not fuse related. I can maybe do a bit of research tomorrow evening if wanted but it’s bed time now.

    Put a multimeter on your battery and make sure the battery/alternator is ok. Everything off about 12v, Starting 10-11v, running about 13-14v. Only saying because I've just had to change mine. Started off with the dashcam turning on and off randomly before the ABS, parking brake and then Power Steering failed with a Christmas Tree light display on the dash, flashing everywhere.
