    I remember how we felt when we got him on a permie after loan. What I would give for a boost along those lines over the next couple of days.

    I do think Adam would be a great motivator. Buy as for adding him to the coaching staff. Imho too many cooks spoil the broth. And Is maybe having an affect.

    Too out spoken anyway, would ruffle too many feathers.. People like honest opinion until they get some.. It's the yes men that keep their heads down that get on.

    I spoke to Adam in town after the Rotherham game. I'm not sure how ready he is for coaching but the club could do much worse than bring him in as a mental heath advisor. It would be of huge benefit to the players to have a mentor like him around.
