On the NHS got told something today about the Drs and Nurses recent pay increases.
The Govt claimed they would foot the bill for the increases and had been costed accordingly to suit turns out that’s not the case and individually trust whilst having had increases are having to make up the shortfall.
Voluntary redundancy letters have already started to go out looking for volunteers.
