To be or not to be any singings? that is the question

Well two more days to go and i ask you all. Do you think we will sign anybody nevermind a striker before the end of this window? Will the club chrnoht the same old tosh as usual. Eg broke down at the last minute OR decided to sign for somebody else Or decided to stay where they are and battle for a place! We heard them all before haven't we?

 

I expect we'll get a loan or two - some Championship fringe player(s) until the end of the season. I think even the Board know that a panic permanent signing now isn't the difference between making the playoffs or not.

 

Who is singing tonight?

 

No singings today, it was like a morgue.

 

Clarke because he still has a job.

 

We’ll sell Phillips & use the money to bring in a couple of loans

No singing from me until Clarke loses them god awful caps he wears, complete & utter fashion disaster.

His wardrobe must be an absolute nightmare.

 

I expect Connell to be sold. (Political him not starting today).

It's the formation that needs to change. We're overloaded in the middle.

Sign some winger(s) type strikers and a centre forward. Three players.

Then with a tweak to formation and Jalo back we might do sumat. 3-4-3 for me and tell O'Keefe he's got assists because he's played every week (he's babba).

I think we need to get some.players out before. Cosgrove and Benson been 2 to free up wages.

 

I agree. Need to get rid of some crap that might think they're a footballer twice a week or fortnight.

 

Surprised to see Benson on the bench and Cosgrove who must be scared on of piles as he spends so much time sat there. About time the management gave the headcoach some backing and the fans some hope which has rapidly drained away.

 

I expect Cosgrove to leave, I think we've already knocked back numerous bids for him but will sell on transfer deadline day because he's out of contract in the summer

 

I hope we get some in too, because optimism is in short suppy

 

Yeah we've heard all of those excuses before, and it might be true what they say.
Maybe signing/selling players is a lot harder to do than what we all realise.
But, when its been something that we've desperately needed and known about for over a year now.
Those excuses do start to wear annoyingly thin!.
