Will the upgrades involve a sign finally displaying the cost at catering?

No chance :) I think that is staying based on "Things that piss SuperTyke off" rule. It's in the file of things that must continue at all costs, along with keeping the TVs switched off and excluding VAT on commercial offerings on the website :D

I still don't get why were rewarding those who are basically arseholes in that corner of the Ponty.

Good news regarding the other point though in your reply to me.

The EFL also takes racist chanting very seriously but the club have done jack **** about it for 2 years apart from make hollow threats and then sticking their fingers in their ears. Yet it's these same fans being rewarded. Why isn't the cap ex money being used to benefit those who actually abide by the rules instead of rewarding those who don't?
Lets be honest here. The cap ex money is still our money. Not just because it's Barnsley council paying for it and we pay council tax in Barnsley but mainly because the club are paying for it through rent as the council have already said that it is cost neutral to them.
