    I have a number of American correspondents and of those who work in government, even those who have been talking recently about retiring, none is planning on taking up "President Musk's resignation offer". As one of them eloquently put it, "I wouldn't trust that guy to zip his pants once he was done pissing on me".

    What it needs is Europe, China and the Middle East to go into Gaza and start re-building to turn it into another Dubai, let’s see the Israelis start messing with them. The systematic levelling of Gaza along with the murdering of innocent civilians was always the plan towards Israeli occupation

    60% so far, you mean? As soon as the last hostage is freed the rest will get levelled. They will no longer need to worry about trying to avoid killing their own hostages, not that they seemed to worry too much about it in the first place. There’s no way Israel were going to release hundreds of the Palestinian detainees they’d been holding and let them go free. They’ll wait for the first excuse, and making threats about kicking the Palestinians out of Gaza for good will surely provoke one, before flattening the rest of Gaza and the people in it. That will have been the plan all along. “Israel has the right t9 defend itself”, etc.

    In fairness he did say "everyone I have spoken to likes it".... The problem is 'everybody' comprises all those voices he hears in his head. The man is a complete nutcase who somehow has managed to convince many, or at least those who put him in the White House and keep him there, that he is rational and sane in spite of his ramblings. Between him and Musk be afraid...be very afraid!!

    Gaza should be rebuilt, but for the locals to live in their homeland, not be permanently moved away.

    Musk & Trump will upset somebody in one of the more shady agencies of the American Government by questioning their budgets etc. Musk will have a nasty accident probably while driving a Tesla, the orange one will pass away quietly in his sleep due to his age. The secret service have already let two assassins get near Trump as a warning to him.
