Having re read my original post it didn't quite come across as intended. Whereas I said JAQ had involvement, what I intended to say was that she had full knowledge of what was happening during the transfer window (in any case not a lot was happening ). Malden will be the fall guy, but I find it hard to believe that JAQ can allegedly turn around to fans and say she's as shocked as them at how bad the window has been. It felt like panick mode right at the end when to be honest we'd have been better off keeping Cosgrove and Lofthouse etc and just going with what we've got.
Yes, his opening statement when he joined said he would head up recruitment and implement a playing and coaching methodology, you also only have to look at his responses after the playoff defeat to Bolton to see the influence and direction he wanted
7 years ago Mladen was working in the psychology department of York university. That’s some career switch.
At the time there was a few, people still living in hope on lees billionaire tag. It was only later on when the penny final dropped for many
Wondering what of interest or relevance the other shareholders would add to a meeting with fans? Or do you think they just need shouting at because things aren't going well?
Imagine being a glorified data analyst and walking into a Director of football role without any real experience. I bet he couldn't believe his luck
I might be wrong, but wasn't there a disagreement between BFC and Radio Sheffield such that there was an acceptance that there'd be no interviews with them. Or did I dream that?
October 1st v Wycombe. 4-4-2. Cotter and Lofthouse on the wings, in front of a back 4 made up of centre backs. It was absolutely dreadful, not surprised you've wiped it from your memory. Barnsley 2-2 Wycombe Wanderers - BBC Sport
During that last fans meeting, Mladen seemed to indicate that he splits his time between London and Barnsley I believe - so he may not have been physically available to do one.
For the record like, I wouldn’t do an interview with Staton either. He’s a bellend. I’ve got time for Giddings, but not Staton.
