Maybe, I don't know. They just don't read the way her stuff usually does. Not sure why she would feel the need to chat in that manner direct with fans either, especially given the disgusting abuse a large section of our following have been giving her.

Also, fake or not, if she tweets to deny them it just adds fuel to the fire. Easier to block and move on.

 

If true, to DM JAQ, I think you have to follow each other. So whoever it is, must have been trusted a little by her to be mutually following each other.

So whilst some may say it’s naive, I think her trust has been breached, and that’s a little underhand really.

Either way, she doesn’t say too much other than she agrees we needed another striker, and potentially the 2nd one didn’t/couldn’t be agreed on.

 

I feel for her. Something obviously told in strictest confidence and she's been sold out for likes.

Maybe she was a bit nieve chatting like that as you don't know who you can trust, but that information shouldn't have made the public domain.

 

What's the @ of the other part of the conversation?

 

And as someone mentioned on Twitter, if it is true, she will be even less forthcoming about responding to fans, especially on an individual level.

I just have a feeling they're fake, though.

 

If these DMs are legit then she's been bloody stupid getting involved in that type of conversation with a fan. Fair enough it's a breach of trust but come on she should be world wise enough not to put herself in that position.

Just to be clear, whoever has done this is an absolute kent. But they're real. They just are.

 

It’s a fan who she must have dealings with. You can’t DM her without her following you too.

 

I'm not particularly behind the board or anything, but this puts me in mind of those 'auditor' tossers that you get on youtube (and I actually only found out about on here, for what it's worth).

Yeah of course it's dumb, but it's also mean and unpleasant to bait her into it, which is what I assume has happened here. Nobody comes off well.

It looks like some has had a conversation with JAQ via PM on twitter. Then they've screenshot the thing and posted it for everyone to see.

A proper cnts trick. I'd like to know who it was.

 

I actually think this is repulsive, like the lowest of the low cu nts trick.

Yes, she’s been a little naive but actually it shows that she does indeed care and has very little control over recruitment and shares the frustration.

For someone to then share these messages will only cause further damage to JAQ personally and subsequently the club.

I don’t know why JAQ gets all the abuse she does, when she’s not the major shareholder. She’s the one who always tries to speak about making the club more commercial, which seems to be her remit.

As I said, to post these messages is abhorrent, catfishing like and targeted to win the trust of someone who probably feels vulnerable at the moment.

I’m actually embarrassed that this has been done by a fellow fan.

 

Is re-publishing potentially private messages on this forum wise? Doesn't seem like a good or kind thing to do either.
