And we find out via Bristol announcing it and Doug o Kane retweeting it. What’s the point of having an official site that doesn’t share club related news anymore.

    He's from Devizes
What's about 40 miles from Bristol a move closer to home maybe. Barnsley communication with fans is abysmal tho nothing on official site

What's gone on there then? I noticed he wasn't on the pitch before the Burton game. Within the space of two weeks out of nowhere we've signed a new loan goalkeeper, first choice has gone to Portsmouth and the coach has ended up at a club with well known financial and ownership issues.

9 months ago that wasn't a problem for him though when he voluntarily left Cheltenham to follow the Gilet Genius to Barnsley. What's changed i wonder?

"You'll never get surprises, living in Devizes" as the song goes. Adge Cutler and the Worzels I think.

Left a week ago by sounds of things. Not like our media team (cough) to not let anyone know.

The official site should be updating on this - however, there may be contractual and personal reasons why they haven’t. They are employees at the end of the day.

Saying that, goalkeeping hasn’t been a strong point for us this season, and sometimes the players do look like they are blowing at times, so seeing the keeper and fitness coaches leave might not be a bad thing either.

If Matt Gilks has come in, he’s decent, so that’s a good replacement.

He can probably see that the Gilet Genius is on borrowed time as the fall guy for a failing ownership and recruitment team.

    He hasn't exactly impressed me.

We looked strong in the goalkeeping department whilst Khalid was at the club but he took Thomas Fawdry to Minnesota.

It would be good to understand the reasoning behind the decision.

If we've got Gilks that's quick for him, as he was only let go by Bolton last month.

And when did Rovers inform their fans that their coach had left? I believe that was when the new one was announced.
