    Yep, some slick stuff through midfield, but ball not sticking up top. I know we didn't have any sort of choice other than to play him, but the games's passing the new lad by so far. Prove us wrong, fella....

    No partnership between front 2 so far which you'd expect but they are too far apart as is midfield to front 2

    It’s not really passing him by, it’s just not getting to him. Too many long balls so far, and no link between midfielders and forwards.

    The foul by MDG pretty much sums him up. He wasn't going to cut out the pass, so the best case scenario was the ball going out of play for our throw on the half way line. Worst case was the player controlling it and getting past him. Rather than anticipate the danger he puts himself in no man's land trying to do the impossible and gives away a foul. Just needed to play it sensibly.
