    And yet it's still happening, and I can't come to any other conclusion than they are either negligent, criminally thick or don't really bother to properly watch the match.

    I agree but also as daft as it sounds I blame the referees as well because they let 8 of 10 foul throws. If they were pulled up more , surely the coaching staff would have to correct it
