You've seen play. In no particular order mine would be Aylott Gerry Taggart Malcom Shotton Dominik Werling Gwyn Thomas Darren Sheridan Ashley Ward Mick McCarthy
Michael Sollbauer by a country mile. We once interviewed him and there was a wasp crawling on his face and he never flinched, just carried on speaking while I had run 10 yards away and my colleague filming was stood laughing unable to continue. Or the time he was flattened in the box in injury time, head clash, and there was a 10 minute delay until Woodrow put the penalty away. When Sole woke up, he looked at us and said “ow” and grinned. He also had the hardest handshake and high five. Nearly broke my hand a few times. Complete madman. I miss him. Genuinely the nicest fella. Had the biggest third leg I have ever seen too. Like a trunk.
As others have said above Alan Little Gwyn Thomas Malcolm Shotton Kenny Burns A different era and game back then.
Mal Shotton Darren Sheridan Gerry Taggart Chris Morgan Steve Cooper Not particularly hard overall, but didn't Kenny McDougall play half a game with a broken leg against Doncaster?
