I once spoke to Darren about how his antics in the dugout "I kick every ball me" he explainedI don't doubt his commitment to the job but I do now doubt his ability to organise and his man management. I feel many doubted his chopping and changing formation quite early in the season and he still doesn't appear to know how to get the best from the squad. He also has lacked real support from those above him in recruitment. Time for changeis rapidly approaching I think as our CEO, director of football too are not up to their job either.
I try my hardest to bring that into them and how I have managed most of my career is when I can’t and I think I have come to a limit, then they are not going to be for me and I try and chop them when I can. Can somebody translate please. What a load of ******
I'm hoping and praying it's just poor typing from the journo. If it ain't, then he comes across as shell shocked. Gibberish. A cross between David Brent and a WW1 general. Lord Melchet, perhaps.
He’s gone from saying this club should be top 6 to saying ‘there’s always a team who makes a late surge’… get out of my club. Cannot take to the guy. Arrogant man who can’t walk the walk.
Players clearly don't like his way of doing things and the way he speaks in media. I'm pretty sure that's why the performance levels are so below where they should be. Sooner he's gone the better now. Only way it would turn around here is if they sign him a whole new squad that buys into these methods.
I’ve tried sticking up for him right through the season as I think Sormaz has stitched him up with some poor recruitment. That said, he’s really starting to irritate me now with his inane warbling. Not to mention some bizarre team selections and substitutions. Is the poor player effort down to him? Only one way we’ll find out. Another couple of defeats this next week and I reckon he’ll be gone.
