https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/herbie-kane-injury-blow-hits-31050335 Their latest long term injury. Expected to be 8 weeks. MLH mentions him being brought down in the build up to their equaliser. Anyone know who it was?
I think he played pretty much two seasons flat out with no injuries for us., For Huddersfield he’s already missed a month with an injury & now another two out injured.
It's crackers how many players they have had out as long term injured this season. It cannot all be down to bad luck. There has to be more to it. He's not the first guy they have signed who was never or rarely injured, to have picked up an injury that keeps them out a few months. MLH has done very well to keep them in the play offs despite it all.
They did it without three strikers Joe Taylor, Danny Ward and Rhys Healey, so having to bring on Freddie Ladapo who is rated so badly by their fans, they take the piss out of him saying they are on the pitch if he scores and ironic cheering when he touches the ball. They were missing Mickel Miller who was their best player when we played at their ground. Nigel Lonwijk and Ruben Roosken are both out still. Matty Pearson joined the injury list, although he's out of contract in the summer and a few of their fans I have spoken to are unsure that he's as injured as the club make out since he had been turning to the stands and shushing his own fans prior. Now they can add Kane to the list. Most of them have been a knee injury such as Ward and Healey who are both out for the season with one.
not sure if you saw the warm up but he scored one in one of the training drills and they all cheered sarcastically he got really pissed off with them as the next one he missed they booed. He was getting properly annoyed about it.
