According to Alan Nixon in his column, Val is bringing him to join himself and Dean Whitehead in the summer. He's the current Eastbourne manager. Good job for him to be back at a decent level again after years in non league.
Saw Val’s first game yesterday. They were unlucky not to get the win in what was an entertaining clash with Norwich. Disappointed he put Weimman on instead of Cauley, but then the former bagged a late equaliser! No hoofball in sight. And watching Callum Brittain again made me realise how badly we lack decent wing backs at BFC these days. Who can defend.
Callum Brittain was a class wing back. One of our best signings of recent years. Lacked composure in front of goal though, he was shocking then.
