That’s the problem if you’re trying to make a club bigger than it actually can be. I know there are exceptions like Bournemouths out there, but generally if you’re speculating to reach potential that perhaps isn’t at the perceived level, then you’d better have very deep pockets and long arms.
With the current issues and bad press his wife is getting, he might have to condense his interests if her big movie roles continue to dry up.
I don't think they are, nor does that article give any inclination that they are. They both like to be at the centre of their advertising, and often joke about how much they've plundered into the club.
Regardless of whether it's tongue-in-cheek (which I imagine it is) or indicative of some level of frustration with the fanbase, or a combination of the two, it's a quality ad. I'd rather that football was a more level playing field, but within the context of how the sport / business currently works and what they're trying to achieve, I can't fault their efforts there.
Glad there's someone on here that's not insane. It's quite clearly a comedy skit advert. Felt like I was going insane reading the comments on here
By bad press I'm assuming you mean the fact she's made allegations of sexual harassment against her co-star and director? Not like you to immediately jump to and immediately assume the online manosphere point of view and assume she's the one in the wrong... I'm absolutely shocked.
