    Roberts we knew all about, DKD the only real impact, terrible recruitment, I personally don't want this guy anywhere near the club let alone be tasked with reshaping the squad ahead of next season.

    If the owners aren't measuring his performance then we might aswell pack in.

    To be fair killip was hit and miss distribution abysmal at cost us as many times as he saved us. In his defence though we have wing backs who seem unable to stop a cross.

    14 players and only 2 of them are deemed good enough to be regular starters - Robert’s and DKD.

    What an absolute waste of money

    That's exactly the point, what a waste of money.
    We seem to spend all summer/ January waiting for diamond's but end up making panic signings at the very last minute, the 2 out of contract signings recently sum Mladen up perfectly.

    A constant drop off in squad quality season on season is only going to end one way and it’s not pretty.

    Only DKD and possibly Nwakali could deliver any credible transfer fee, off the back of some previously poor transfers such as Shaw, Dallas, Pines, Cosgrove there's too many to mention, I had hoped for a real tangible improvement, it's got worse

    If you start adding up the failed transfers, fees & wages over the past couple of years the figures will be astronomical, yet we never learn, what ever metric/data we are applying is total nonsense, we're not even getting close where players coming in have some of the basics to improve, just collecting more clutter.

    I totally agree and these players are also blocking the path for our young players.

    100%, the 2 players that have been our best this season, DKD 4th top scorer in L2 last season, Marc Roberts experienced CB, these 2 represent how we used to operate, a bit of experience and players who'd proved themselves at the level below capable of stepping up, I've absolutely no idea what we are trying to achieve nowadays.

    He's been a huge failure in his position and made it more difficult for Darrell to try and get us promoted.

    He cannot be trusted with another transfer window. Half a dozen good players is better than a dozen average players.

    Been mentioned before but I think we need someone who has managed in the game. They understand what is needed tactically. It has shown since day one of Sormaz that he’s turning us into a mid table League 1 side.

    Heard a great interview on a podcast a couple of weeks ago from Mark Kennedy on how he wants to get into that type of role. Player eight years in the Prem and 12 in the Champ. Managed Lincoln and Swindon. The type of director of football we need over some ‘analyst expert’.
