    hi everybody,
    apologies for the non tip - but im sure if anyone can help with my query then the answer will hopefully be informative for others as well as me?

    please can anyone help?
    ive just opened an account (i wont say who with, just to be safe) and my bet won.
    however instead of putting my winnings in my main account, so i can instantly withdraw it - they've put in a bonus account and said it now forms part of the bonus wagering requirements.
    this isnt stated on their opening offer t+c and actually says word for word "
    • If your first sports bet wins, you have completed the bonus, you will receive your winnings and your stake "
    the chatbot said they will answer me by email and then cut me off.

    ive looked on the gambling commission gov website, but it seems to be no real help other that advise me to follow the betting company complaints procedure.

    does anyone have any experience of similar or help regarding what i need to do to get my winnings please?

    It used to be , you had to stake so much on a new account before you could withdraw winnings . Maybe in the small print on your tcs
