    Soon as we scored (a very good goal) we just retreated back. Camped in our own box for majority of that second half. Embarrassing

    Clarke was to blame for tactics, poor substitutions and the inability to correct mistakes that happen ever week. E.g. why is DeGevingney being pulled up for foul throws week in week out?
    Yes it’s the player’s fault, but the coach needs to be putting a stop to it.

    We must be the only team in the football league to never benefit from the new manager bounce.

    But it just proves to me that this squad is absolutely turgid & it’s going to make no difference sacking Clarke & we’ll come to regret it. In fact it’s an absolute shambles that the last two managers we have sacked have been bad decisions & we would be better off had we not sacked them, regarding Clarke that will be evident shortly.

    The club will be desperate for Hourihane to succeed so they can give him the job full time, it’s the cheapest option.

    Anyway we are still ****, & the begging letters are going to make interesting reading, I can’t wait!

    Sormaz has overseen the building of this genuinely awful squad. Fair play to Conor for stepping up, but if I were him I'd be running for the fu¢king hills.

    Don't think I'll be gracing Oakwell again until that hopeless fool has gone.

    Adie Moses made the point with regard to MDG that he needs coaching. To the best of my knowledge none of our senior coaches were defenders. Squad imbalanced and not much variety with regard to the coaching staff.

    Clarke ousted when today is proof the players just aren't up to it. Defence is a shambles. Major surgery required post season including removing the DOF.

    Best team won they at least showed some fight and aggression in their play where as we are a team full of wimps who went hiding again as soon as we’d equalised….pathetic performance.

    Nice to see a goal from Benson. Flavell did nowt wrong. Other than that, there's nothing positive to take.

    Clarke wasn't the problem. He might not have been great but he wasn't the problem.

    I'm not sure that's a valid argument. George Graham was an attacking midfielder.
