4 dodgy Madrid penalties at the Bernabeu then.

How can you go your whole career without scoring one free kick & then do that twice in one night against Real Madrid? Staggering.

Seems like a nice guy and scored when it mattered so pleased for him.

Real 3-0 down, 4th minute of added time and they get a man sent off effectively for time-wasting. And we thought we were bonkers!

I honestly didn't see the second Declan Rice goal, just the first one.

I have just watched the highlights now.

I thought his first free kick was amazing, his second one.. sent shivers down my spine. Wow

Aye, a 3rd minute sending off followed by a penalty early on in the second leg will sort it.

Yeah get in there Dec mate lol, I've said on here recently that I'm a fan of Declan Rice (and Bukayo Saka), of Arsenal/England.
I'm not normally a fan of the Champions League to be honest, but Arsenal really took Real Madrid to the cleaners didn't they.
And how good is it ehh, to have a pudding advertised on your surname. :D

Arsenal cannot mess this up now. They've already got the spursy tag of bottlers - fairly or not - and they'll never live it down if they knacker it up! Saka came back at the perfect time. Arteta really did drop on with him coming through the ranks, that lad saved his job.

Totally agree on them two, both of them never seem to have a bad game.
Saka in particular seems to go under the radar a little with his consistency.

Rice has been relatively quiet for large parts of this season by his standards, especially compared to last. Hes certainly improved over the past month though, back to his best. Saka is exceptional. A proper talent

Hope Arsenal don't try the let's retreat into our shell mentality for the 2nd leg, if they show courage I'd fancy them to score in Madrid.
Like others have mentioned you fear that UEFA's darlings will get all the decisions

Spot on about Uefa. They'll have some say in it. Brilliant from Arsenal but I fear three goals won't be enough.

Skybet have odds of 13/2 for Madrid to qualify from the tie. Not great considering Arsenal go in 3 goals to the good. Could see Madrid overturning it if they grab an early goal.
