    Perhaps he just wanted another look at Lamebiscuit to help him decide who he trusts for next year... He'll still be pondering who he wants I should think.
    Whatever Hourihane thinks about these players he should be in Sormaz' face and saying 'I played at the top level Mladen and I know which of these players are crap. Do what I tell you in the summer and don't try and tell me.....'

    And you think (and I'll say it again) we can bring in quality without knowing what we can afford. I've bought mine thanks. Allus have, allus will. I support the team not the board. You pay the extra. Come July/August. If you want or not. It's not compulsory.
    We have to give Connor a fresh start with the players he will have at his disposal. The results may not be great at the mo. But the football going forward is better than it was under Clarke. Defence needs sorting priority wise.
    Bolton. Huddersfield. With far more resources than us are stuck in league 1 for another year. (Maybe not udders resource wise as they are a basket case in the fact they have accumulated far worse debts. From a position of financial security since the premier)
    All 3 of us are being funded by the owners. Mainly in equity.

    He can't win if he plays flavell again and he has another mare like he did Friday you'd be saying he should play gauci same with Bland he needed dropping after Fridays horror show.

    I’m not saying what I think he should do.

    I was just responding to a poster saying it was a meaningless game.

    If it was meaningless Conor would play the kids but he knows he needs some positive results & he’s playing the loanees because he believes them to be better than our youngsters.

    Firstly we have 2 centre halves that will be back with us come July. And I reckon reading reports. They may well suffice. Most of the others out on loan I believe will get released. Especially the strikers. 1 or 2 of the younger element will have benefitted re game time. Eg Yoganathan and Lofthouse.

    It is a bit concerning, that if the games are not irrelevant and he does want some results, he gives Lembikisa a full match. What does he bring over what we already have and what on earth did Woves ever see to make him part of a PL squad.

    Course Flavell had to be dropped after Friday. He had a mare and to keep playing him would’ve done him no good at all. Also think it was right to leave out Bland too, although I’ve been pretty impressed with him so far.
