Its the interpretation of what the game model is though. Each coach under him has played different styles different formations and like I mentioned earlier the 3 senior teams at Oakwell all play a different style. Under those terms is it possible his methodology is simply wanting the club to play a high pressing attacking football which Connor says he wants,Nareef says he wants and Mladen has said thats what he wants.?
Personally I don’t think it’s a case of defending someone it’s an interpretation of the rules info. Ad an example I don’t think anyone doubts for a minute what the club has said or that Sormaz is dictating expectations and how they are measured but the difference in interpretation seems to be RR seems to be saying it is dictated what to actually do in training whereas others are saying they find it hard to believe we employ fitness people but it is the DoF saying you have to do 10 push ups, 30 laps etc. Having done a similar role to Tosh, I would suspect it’s more how he described.
The Fitness coach must surely work for the head coach? does the fitness coach only talk to Mladen? If the head coach doesn't think the players are fit enough (and anyone with a brain can see they aren't), then he needs to have a word with HIS head coach, regardless of who appointed him. now if Clarke was too pig headed to talk to him because it wasn't his guy or he just doesn't care about fitness, then that's on Clarke.
Just popping in to clarify it’s Neerav. The name of the chairman. I keep seeing it said wrong and it was annoying me. As you were…
