    • Reading Vs. Barnsley - Sat, May 03 2025, 15:00

Barnsley supporters heading to the Select Car Leasing Stadium for our upcoming clash with Reading can take advantage of pay on the day ticketing.

Tickets will be available to purchase from the away ticket office, located between Gate 9 and Gate 10 at the away end of the stadium. Please note that all matchday tickets will be sold at the South Stand non-member price, as listed in our original ticket announcement here.

Pre-match discounts will no longer apply and all payments on the day will be card only – no cash will be accepted.

    TICKET COLLECTIONS

Any Reds supporters who have arranged to collect their tickets can do so from the same location – the away ticket office between Gate 9 and 10.

    CONCOURSE REFRESHMENTS

Please be aware that all purchases made on the stadium concourses, including food and drink, will also be card only.

    FAN ZONE

Reading FC will be operating a fan zone on the day of the game, situated behind the John Madejski Stand. To gain access, supporters will be required to show their match ticket. Reading have advised that the fan zone is expected to be busy and entry may be restricted once capacity is reached.

    FURTHER INFORMATION

For a full breakdown of matchday facilities, travel guidance and stadium rules, please refer to Reading FC’s away supporters’ guide, available here.

Thank you for your fantastic support.

Yeah, the day out I guess is the enjoyment. The 90 minutes of football, not so much ;)
Reading is one of the worst away days going too. Done it once to tick off but can’t see me doing it again.

More a day out spoiled by 90 minutes of Football. Well that's been the case this season.

Reading is awful I agree. But I've been once to both their grounds and we won both, so not all bad.

My first ever away game when we won at Elm Park 3-0 in 1995 and then at their new stadium when Luke Steele saves 2 penalities out of 3.
