I don’t agree with the ruling, men who have FULLY transitioned should use female facilities, men with penises shouldn’t.

They’ve not transitioned into a man if they can still menstruate, in my opinion.

You can't transition to the opposite sex though, it's not biologically possible.

I've read this thread and its propper enlightened me, i guess i've never really been interested in people wanting to change sex, nearest i've come to ought like this is mi daughter being a lesbian, mi nephew being gay an most recently mi grandaughter being a lesbian then straight, an propper confused for a while, now shes got a boyfriend. We are all unique in one way or another and i would accept anybody for who they are or want to be, as long as they are happy. I did make a joke earlier in the thread and i apologise, and truly sorry if my immature remark offended anybody,

Not disputing anything you say mate. Really dark horrible humour is my go to, especially when I myself have had a loss or something bad has happened in my personal life. I think nearly all, if not all, big comedians have "crossed a line" to some people. But as apparently right wing as I sound, comedians words don't offend me. Id just turn it off, over, not go to their show, or whatever. Id never dream of going to a show, where I've paid to watch a comedian, and then try and sue him when I already know his style of comedy. Ching chongs humour just sounded extremely childish to me, hence why I thought it strange.

I also think its ridiculous when people go to watch a live comedian, like Jimmy Carr or Frankie Boyle for example.
And then they complain about the 'disgusting and offensive' material.
Well why did they go in the first place then, and what on earth were they expecting.

    Is that true lol.
Yeah it just shows, whether they are right or wrong and good or bad... peoples attitudes can and do really change over the years.
Manning could sometimes do silly comedy that wasn't offensive to anybody. Although he did of course deliberately make a career and a reputation for himself, with the racist stuff.

Ironically it seems like it was a male security guard storming in. Would never have happened if biological males weren't using women's facilities in the first place. The law, as it always has been in this country, has been made clear by the SC ruling. Never have you spared any thoughts to how women have felt. Over to you men to make your toilets a welcoming space for TW. And us women who are quite good at telling what sex someone is, will continue to be more than ok with TM in our spaces.

Why would men want to make male toilets a welcoming space for women? Bit weird that.

I care a lot about how women feel. Women like the one in the article i linked who was born a woman, has always identified as a woman and because of people like you complaining now has to prove her gender to use the toilet and despite doing so was escorted out by a male security guard.

You’re right, it has. People being expected to “prove” their gender to use a toilet is insane.

So I decide I want to change sex tomorrow I can go in a women's toilet and jail etc or visa versa that's what your saying. That's insane. I'm not getting drawn into this anyway it won't end well so I'm opting out.

Ok, so she was enbarassed. Any sympathy for the wonan who was raped on a female ward and then told that didn't happen because there were no men in the ward? Or the female nurses squeezing into cupboards to get changed because one TW decided they would take over the female changing rooms. Or females being strip searched by TW or TW forcing women to strip search them? Or female rape victims being told to reframe their trauma in female rape centres. The list goes on and not once have you shown any sympathy let alone empathy. So , again, over to you to make make spaces more inclusive to those who present differently.

Luckily it is ending, the law is clear on that. The FA, cricket authorities etc have stated teams will be based on biology, and hopefully there will be an increase in mixed/open sections. I'll happily support that.

If we're getting into collective punishment maybe all women should have their hands cut off becuase women are more statistically likely to commit theft? Maybe every man should be pre-emptively castrated to avoid rapes?

Still no empathy but yet more hyperbole. Sorry I'm pretty ****** off with your arguments given the situation women are facing in Afghanistan for eg. You're showing yourself up big time.

I've said many many times that the people involved in the situations you keep bringing up should face the full force of the law. I just don't belive in collective punishment and I won't apologise for that.

Not sure why you're bringing Afghanistan up as though I wouldn't fully support women's rights in those situations which is obviously not the case. Unlike you I support all women not just the ones that look feminine enough.
