https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/d...sley-concern-lincoln-paudie-oconnor-interest/ We need defenders and our boss is Irish so I can see the link. Someone with plenty of recent experience of the league we want out of. Don Goodman is absolutely correct about us too.
I think it was Football League World that originally shared this rumour, which means it's probably not true. Given he's probably the best centre half in league 1, I'd be surprised if he doesn't get a move to the Championship.
He's come good. Think Bradford City got him from Leeds and he had a torrid time at first. My memory is not the best but I'm sure he got pulled early last season we did the double over them.
I like O’Connor but think he’ll end up elsewhere. Would love us to go for Caleb Taylor from West Brom. Fantastic at this level and still only 22.
He's a good player but his name is 'Paudie', so for that reason, I'm out. This is what happens when you eliminate bullying from society. You end up with footballers called Paudie.
Caleb Taylor is a really good shout, but i would think that West Brom will not want to sell him, so he will be another loan, as he has been with Cheltenham Town, Bolton Wanderers and Wycombe Wanderers. He has picked up plenty of experience in League One, so WBA need to decide whether to stick, or twist with him. Depends how much we raise through sales as to whether there would be any chance of a permanent move. Good shout, though.
https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/l...-town-tipped-beat-barnsley-to-paudie-oconnor/ The Lincoln fan really doesn't rate our chances does he Over 100 games played at League 1 level would be a nice change of strategy with a signing.
Well every single fan I have spoke with early on in the season kept telling me we needed a striker. Every single time I said , we need a defender or two where we can keep clean sheets. Wow was that 70 odd goals we have conceded. I really didn't realise we had been so poor at the back.
It’ll be another loan for sure. Read in January they wanted over £1 million for him from someone - can’t remember who.
