    Just been down to Oakwell and renewed for the wife, daughter and me , once again served by Andrea who yet again gave 1st class customer service- professional, friendly and efficient. I thanked her and said to her that if the footballing side were as good at their job as she is hers then we would be at the top of the championship.
    As some one posted on here a while back the ladies in the box office are the lionesses led by the donkeys up top.
    FAO @horseforthtyke Harold from Hoyland has renewed for next season and has upgraded to include a pudding!

    Great Post.
    It makes such a change to see someone post something positive on here about the club. From what I've seen of the box office and office staff there is a team of people who care about the club and its fans. They're a credit to BFC.
    As is John Bird, who leads that team.

    Our box office staff have always been the jewels of Oakwell. The box office staff being excellent is one of the only topics the BBS tend to universally agree.

    The box office staff have always been top class and nothings too much trouble for them.
    I don't think you need to mention the "donkeys" so to speak it just sounds like a dig at the club after such a positive post.Negativity breeds negativity.

    All a credit to the club. Not so sure I could be as patient with some customers I've come across when in the queue. (Might include me lol. )

    Well done the box office staff. As someone who finds it difficult to deal with Ticketmaster, it is great to have a friendly knowledgeable voice to sort out my tickets.

    They are lovely people.

    Great story and always good to hear positivity for once!

    I have to say though i know you didn’t mean it like this at all but i found it quite amusing you picked top of the championship and not premier league. A bit like “you’re good. not like incredible but definitely above average”.
