With them extending box office opening I’m guessing Early Bitd may not be extended, absolutely madness if so
Predictable really, season ticket sales will be down significantly & the bit about players leaving is a warning to a DKD sale.
Really? That is a shock I know they average less than us but didn't expect them to be that low especially after a reasonable finish to the season.
Tbh jud. Imo Its unlikely any signings may happen till players contracts run out on 30th June. The early bird is there to get as much revenue in b4 then. Its not as though it's about affordability. There are interest free options. And others. Very few clubs will make signings much afore then. Only free agents. Eg I Can't see Mansfield wanting to pay Cosgrove prior to the end of his contract With us. As of yet I'm not aware of a pre contract being signed. The club may well extend if sales are poor. and If they have players lined up to announce. But I can see why some folk would be annoyed if those that are waiting to see what happens, should get the same benefit. Doesn't bother me in the slightest tbh. mate. Either way. It's not as though we have any idea who is coming. Only when players have signed on the dotted line will we know. Those in the main that have not renewed say it doesn't bother em if they have to pay the price announced, for after the early bird. By then the players will have already been brought in. Possibly inferior to our preferred players. I just hope Connor can get his own choices to come. Not the spreadsheet.
I find that really hard to believe. They’re a pretty loyal lot and gates have been decent since Oyston left.
I've no reason to lie.It was on a feed I was following. It was last Friday so they might have sold some more.
They're not the best supported club in the division there sales maybe par for the course at this stage. They may not have a early bird .
Been today. Got 5. Steady flow of ppl renewing the 20 mins I was there. The idea of extending early bird is mad imho - if you've chosen not to renew in the last 2 months thats on you. Can't have everything.
