Disgraceful behaviour by everyone connected to the blades that day. I’d forgotten how it panned out but it’s pretty obvious Warnock was doing his best to get the game abandoned. He succeeded but justice was done when the 0-3 score stood.

That and the Hume assault confirm for me that club as the dirty cheats that they were at the time, under Warnock and then Blackwell

I agree that United should have probably been two goals to the good at HT. But let's be right, Wilder has had significant backing by the new American owners and what he dished up in the second half was absolute *****. He's failed big time. Quite a few united fans are calling for him to go.
They sat back and went more defensive in the second half, Wilder made awful substitutions, and he didn't have a ******* clue how to change it up when Sunderland started to get a foothold in the game during that last 1/4!
I lost a lot of respect for Wilder with how he behaved at Plymouth a few weeks ago. He was clearly feeling the pressure but only dish it out / be the billy big ******** if you're willing to take it back, something he clearly can't do.

And he’d said after his head injury recovery his objectives had changed in life and wanted to move on , make more money . He’s had a good career since leaving us ,good luck to him , but that miss at Leeds under Morais still rankles

I don’t know if you saw him play for us but if you did you’ll know he’s taken his ,let’s say, attitude into his managerial career lol

Blackwell was manager for the Hume match albeit I think he'd learnt a lot about management from being warnocks assistant.

Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. Also Hammill, having been marginalised, laid it on an absolute plate for him

Oh yes, you’re right but the Warnock stamp was all over the club management even after he’d gone

I might be wrong but as far as I remember it wasn't Colin at the Ian Hume incident, it was Blackwell.
    Apologies missed the above comments.

Seem ro recall some on here calling for Wilder to be approached when Duff went ( think it was Duff) In honesty I can't believe they ****** that up today. they were mega favourites and looked it in the 1st half. Huge congrats to Sunderland, Nearly as big a shock as Arsenal ladies...good on them too.

Isn't it exactly because we have had the season we have had that we are in the position to take the piss. Got to get your kicks somewhere. Living in Leeds I was dreading a double promotion so today has really cheered me up. And Wilder is such a classless twonk. Funny all round really......

Gotta say, how Hamer is still a championship player is beyond me. Incredivle player. That run and pass for United goal was excellent
