Has he really got away with it? Hasn't he sunk in millions of his own money? Must sting a bit at least...
Unsure... Yes spunked all his money but won't sell The question is has anyone really actually put a bid in to buy him out? If so why won't he sell? Might be trying to destroy club with himself, or either nobody has put a bid in...
Presumably, he's sunk so much money into them that nobody is willing to buy them from him. Hasn't he valued the club at something like £60m?
There's nobody out there in the world, who wants to buy a football club. Especially one in England, Yorkshire. Or so we keep getting told.
David Sheepshanks sold Ipswich because it was eating into his personal wealth. Cryne regardless of his health was forced to sell because it would have bankrupted him. You've got to be a billionaire in modern football with money to burn.
I've seen you say this a few times mate. Who's actually said this? I've seen people say other clubs would be worthy of purchase over ours, and I tend to agree with most, especially London based clubs, but I've never seen anyone say we'll never be bought out. I mean a group of randoms nobody had ever heard of has already bought us from Cryne
With this in mind.....yet again, how can agents actually recommend their players to them, knowing that its highly likely the player is going without a wage for part of his contract?
They always get there money eventually; it's other suppliers who miss out when administrstion occurs.
I don't have a lot of sympathy for the players. If there is no money to pay them now, it's almost certainly because they were getting paid far too much before.
It's not like they will have to sell a car, house or golf clubs. Pack in their daughter's ballet, son's piano recital or ask John Gosden for an extension with stable fees.
