Easy to say we won't miss him but right now the front three would be Cotter, DKD and Farrugia and there's major question marks whether DKD will stay.

Couple of players I liked in a similar position last season - Cameron Congreve (Swansea) got 13 goal contributions on loan at Bromley. 21-year-old, scored a beauty at Newcastle in the FA Cup too. Got a year left at Swansea.

Ethon Archer. 22-year-old at Cheltenham. Two years left on his deal. Rapid, old-skool winger who drives at players with pace. Again, 13 goal contributions last term.

Mate, you're entitled to rate him. I'm not telling anyone who does, that they shouldn't. It's an opinions game after all.

I don't mind Cotter in that position. And we've not seen Farrugia play up there really. He might be very good. He's only got to be as good as Humphrys after all.

I think DKD will go. If rumours of £5,000,000+ are correct, it would be silly not to sell.

I think people are easily pleased. It wasn't just he was played as a striker he was bone idle and offered zero bar the last 6 games or so. Wigan fans said the same about him. Was he playing for a contract I don't know only he does.

As a back up Cotter would be alright but if we have aspirations of getting out of L1, we need better.

Can never fault his effort but his end product is shocking. Farrugia is a question mark ability wise but his injury record is a big concern.

I didn’t go to last few games because the commitment from the club was below par. We need players and coaches that are going to put a shift in. A bit of passion and commitment is better than any potential a player has.

Its worrying though, that he still showed more goalscoring potential, in those remaining games.
Than what our other striker options did.
And some fans were even saying K.D got very lazy at the end there, when the season was over.

Yes your right the ownership group are losing it. Actually they are wasting it mostly because they haven't got a bloody clue how to run an English professional football club and have some how managed to employ people to run it for them with no more idea than they have.

So we can't compete financially with a L2 club.

Prior to that the team had barely scored in 23 games.

He'll be a big miss. Free to bookmark me..
