    That's the issue with written word. It draws an inference from the reader even if that wasn't intended by the one who posted it. I read it as such, so if that wasn't the case, that's on me

    Totally agree. The proof of the pudding and all that. It is of course a bonus if Mr Sormaz is a nice bloke. Who would want to work alongside a grumpy, argumentative, back -stabbing dick? If Sormaz is none of those then its a good thing. So, that's something I suppose.....

    I've called for Sormez to be sacked on many occasions and threads. I don't hate him or anbody else but at times I disagree with others. He owes us and needs to get it right this time and if as mentioned he knows we want him gone then it's time to perform.
